■Recently taken half-length photo ( 4㎝ X 3cm ) write your name in the back of the photo and attach it to the application form.
■Essay Writing (Refer to the application guideline for the details.)
■Academic transcript
■Self-recommendation form (Any format is acceptable. We write a recommendation letter, based on this form.)
■Copy of residence card (both sides)
