Utsunomiya University is a national university located in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. Utsunomiya is the prefectural capital of Tochigi Prefecture and is located in the northward direction approximately 100 km away from Tokyo. Utsunomiya University has five schools and 16 graduate programs, with approximately 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students from all over Japan and the world.
